Turnaround Time
Our current processing time is 2 weeks or less from the date your invoice is paid in full. Current production times are always posted in the website header and may vary based on order volume.
Please note that larger custom items not listed on our website may require additional production time.
We also offer rush order services. Rush fees vary depending on how quickly you need your order. Please contact us for availability and pricing.
Invoice Policy
Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of being sent. After 24 hours, the invoice will automatically expire. We are happy to resend an invoice upon request.
Digital mockups are included at no additional charge with all custom orders, but mockups will not be sent until the invoice has been paid in full.
Because of the customized nature of our products, work will not begin on your order until full payment has been received.
Return Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our signs, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us and we will do our best to work with you to find a solution.
Local Pickup Policy
If you choose our local pickup location, we kindly ask that you pick up your order within 7 business days.
Orders not picked up within 90 days will be recycled back into the workshop and will not be eligible for a refund.
Disclaimers
- Our products are made from real wood, which can etch, engrave, and cut differently from piece to piece. Natural wood characteristics such as knots, grain, and factory plugs may be present. Because of this, no two items are exactly alike, and slight variations are to be expected. Some products may engrave darker than others. Each item is uniquely made for you.
- None of our products are toys. Some items may contain small parts, sharp edges, or pointed corners. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to keep our products out of reach of children and pets and to ensure they are displayed safely in your home.
- Hanging hardware is not included unless otherwise stated in the individual product listing. By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for hanging and securing your sign safely.
